Kejriwal’s video tweet on ‘Fire’ on Twitter, Mayer told bogus

New Delhi: After a video has emerged on the incident of a fire cracker unit in Bawana, politics has become increasing on it. In the video, Mayor of North Delhi Municipal Corporation, Preeti Agarwal, can be heard by one of her colleagues that she can not say anything on the licensing aspect because it comes under the jurisdiction of the municipal corporation.

Agarwal dismissed the video as “fake”, while Chief Minister Arvind Kejariwal also retracted the video. Agrawal tweeted, “Arvind Kejariwal has made a repetition of the video, and he should apologize for it.” Soon, BJP MP and Delhi unit president Manoj Tiwari also tweeted that the video was fake.

He wrote, “What could be more absurd than that, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tweeted a fake video. The license for this factory was being given by the Delhi Government and its industry department. Delhi BJP also issued a statement on the so-called video of the Mayor and said, “We challenge Kejriwal and his party to listen to the video and tell them what they have said wrong? He said that the license comes under the jurisdiction of the MCD and we will speak after watching it.

What’s wrong in this? ‘

Saurabh Bharadwaj, the Chief Spokesman of Delhi unit of your unit, targeted the BJP and said that the MCD is responsible for allowing construction work which BJP is running. He said, “It can be heard clearly that he is whispering in the ears of his colleague that we will not speak on this because we have licensed this factory.”

According to BJP’s statement the license is issued by MCD, but the fire department and pollution control board under the Delhi Government have to ensure that they are not abused. It has been alleged that Kejriwal is trying to make the issue a point to hide the failure of his government to provide instant relief to the victims.
